FLASTOSOFT FVM-100 (Cationic flake form softener)

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

FLASTOSOFT FVM-100 is a cationic 100% flake form softener, which has excellent cold water solubility and resistance to yellowing at high temperatures.
FLASTOSOFT FVM-100 is extremely effective on both natural and synthetic fibers and fabrics.

APPLICATION		 FLASTOSOFT FVM-100 is compatible with many textile finishing agents such as: urea and melamine formaldehyde resins, starches, gums, polyvinyl acetate resins, etc., It is not compatible with anionic materials.

Dilution methods:

Charge 10-20 parts of FLASTOSOFT FVM-100 in 80-90 parts of DM water at ambient temperature (25-40°C), and stir for 10-15 minutes [either with high speed stirrer (1200 rpm) or low speed (45 rpm)] flow able viscous cream liquid will be collected in the result.

NB: adding 1-2 parts acetic acid will reduce the PH to 4-5 and increases the charge of cationic.
