Leather bating and deliming agents |
EPIZODEL N is a special deliming agent which can be used single for deliming stage in any type of leather, in the drum, paddle or pit. EPIZODEL N delimes the pelt layer by layer. EPIZODEL N produces easily soluble calcium salts and is able to dissolve any lime blast which already present. It can be used in short float processes. Pelt delimed with EPIZODEL N exhibits a clean and flat grain with good tightness. |

To protect the hides and skins, the
necessary amount of the product should be added in 2 or 3 installments. After
the required degree of deliming, bating can follow in the same float.
